What is the make and model of two burner stove? Love the home, what a great job. Thanks for sharing!

The Origo 4000 is a pressure-free denatured alcohol cook stove that is similar to a buffet warmer. My Entourage found this stove used on Craigslist from a couple that replaced this stove with a new model on their sailboat. Denatured alcohol stoves are often used on boats due to their reliability, the fuel is a renewable resource, and evaporates quickly. In addition, they are not potentially explosive and the flames can be extinguished with water if needed.
To operate, you pour the denatured alcohol into two stainless-steel canisters where fuel is absorbed and bound in a non-flammable wool material, place back into the stove and then light. The amount of flame is controlled by a sliding plate in each burner. It offers 6800-7000 BTU's per burner and takes about 8 minutes to boil 1 quart of water. Origo offers a newer 2-burner model, the 4100 here and here is the stove with an oven, the Origo 6000.
